hostgator offers a great hosting service. i started using the baby hosting and it’s been great. the backend is cpanel and i’ve been able to manage my sites very easily. i haven’t had any problem so didn’t really get to contact support so that’s kind of a good thing. i gave the performance a 8 but it could be because there is so many websites being hosted on the shared service. overall great!
There is one reason only why Hostgator did not get full marks. They are better than me at this….
Anyone looking for a dedicated server need look no further than Hostgator. My little business has a sleeping partner(S) and that is all the tech staff on hand 24-7-365 to offer assistance. And they are so quick to deal with things even over the festive season.
Five years I have been with Hostgator and have never seen a reason to do what I did to my last hosting company, which was run away from fast (no names mentioned.)
But the Gator better mind out I’ve bite to take it on…..(I think….haha)
